At Trainix Combat Sports Store, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This Operation Policy outlines our store’s operating hours, order processing, shipping procedures, and general guidelines.


1. Store Operating Hours

Customer service operating hours:

  • Monday – Sunday : 10.00AM - 07.00PM


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders will be processed within 24–48 hours on working days.

  • Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery duration may take 1–7 working days, depending on location.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to courier issues, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number.


4. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock:

  • We will contact you for a replacement option, refund, or waiting list.


5. Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Order changes or cancellations must be requested before the order is shipped.

  • Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

  • Customers may proceed with return/refund under our Return & Refund Policy.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Ensuring contact details are correct
